For security purposes and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized access, p646 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p646, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use p646 services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on p646 services; (c) any content obtained from p646 services; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any other matter relating to p646 services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall p646's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to p646 in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 50,000, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms or p646 services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If informal resolution proves unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. under its Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, p646 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, confidential information, or these Terms. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for purposes of litigating any such claims.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving to the maximum extent possible the original intent and economic effect.

11.2 Waiver

No waiver by p646 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of p646 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without prior written consent of p646. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be void. p646 may freely assign these Terms and its rights and obligations hereunder to any party without restriction, including in connection with any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms or rules posted on specific pages of p646 services, constitute the entire agreement between you and p646 regarding your use of p646 services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
